1. Payment Methods At Curiosa Academy, we currently accept only debit and credit card payments processed through Stripe, a globally trusted payment gateway. We're working on expanding our payment options to accommodate more methods in the future.  

2. Free Trial Period We offer a 14-day free trial for both our monthly and annual subscription plans. This trial is intended to give you a full access experience of what Curiosa Academy has to offer without any charges. Please note that you will need to provide payment details to start the trial, but you won't be charged until the trial period ends.  

3. Money-Back Guarantee We stand by our service and want you to be completely satisfied with your investment in education. Therefore, we offer a 30-day "no questions asked" money-back guarantee. If for any reason you're not satisfied with our services within the first 30 days of your subscription, you can request a full refund.  

4. Refund Requests Beyond 30 Days We do not typically offer refunds beyond the 30-day guarantee period. However, we understand that exceptional circumstances can occur. Should you find yourself in a situation that you believe warrants a refund after this period, please contact us. These requests will be handled on a case-by-case basis, considering the specifics of your situation.
